We offer various products and services to accelerate business activities and generate revenue efficiently. All our products have been created by our in-house IT experts and we reserve all rights and ownership.
We reserve all rights to make modifications to the terms of the Agreement and may discontinue or change any content of the Services at our sole discretion.
For any products or services, payment can be made by Visa or Master Card credit cards using a Secure Trading system. For all monthly subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on a regular basis on the monthly renewal date. If the amount is nondeductible, you will be informed of the same via email and the account is suspended till the payment id made.
All our services and products are accessible after paid monthly subscription or on pay-as-you-go basis. Your access to your account could be suspended at any time with or without reason. If we terminate your account without reason, we will refund proportional portion of your monthly subscription or reimburse you for any unused services or products. If we terminate your account for a reason, refund will not be offered for any subscription or amount already paid. Here ‘Reason’ means any violation of our privacy policy, such as using our services to send bulk Emails to people who have not agreed to receive them or send emails to a list that hasn't been used for more than 12 months. Additional to this, you will be responsible if you cancel your account and we will be unable to offer you refund. When your account is terminated or cancelled by us or you (the client), we reserve the right to remove all emails and related data and files of the client.
While using all our products and services, you will not contest the validity of our trademarks or other brand features or content during the term or expiration of this Agreement.
We have rights reserved to remove any content or immediately suspend use of content, if we believe that use is: 1) violating any national or international laws; 2) promotes pornography; or 3) promotes excessive violence or harassing content or hate speech; 4) exposes trade secrets or other confidential information about a business or person; or 5) is otherwise hurtful, fraudulent, or may offend recipients.
We will add an "unsubscribe" link automatically to all outgoing emails allowing visitors to remove themselves from your mailing list. (Email Marketing Services and Products)
Your customer information is confidential, safe and will not be shared with anyone, unless required under law. Your customer information will not be used for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial e-mails. However, we may utilize this information and any technical information about your use of the Services and products to facilitate your use of communications with you.
You will comply with our Terms of Use, which may be modified by us from time to time.
The Terms of Use will start to apply for you, when your first monthly subscription takes place or when you purchase the pay-as-you-go credits. You can cancel this Agreement at any time by sending an email to our support team.
If you are in violation of any of terms of this Agreement, we have all right reserved to immediately terminate this Agreement and suspend the access to your account and our services and products without refund. We are not liable for any commercial damage to you as a result of this decision to terminate or suspend your account.
Alpha InfoLab reserves the right to delete all user account data within 30 days after the date of termination.
